"Every little breeze seems to whisper 'Louise'".

Lovely Louise is a lively red and white basset girl. She was originally a starved, flea-covered stray, so not much is known about her history.  

Louise is said to be very friendly and affectionate, but also very vocal when she wants attention. Her foster parent describes her as a 'talker'.  She craves attention and has separation anxiety.
