LAURA AND HARDY AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION TOGETHER APRIL 1,2018


Laura (or Little Laurie) came to us frightened and very hesitant about life in general. In the past few weeks she has come out of her shell, learning to talk (not too much, just the right amount), play with Hardy and the other dogs in the foster home, and enjoying the safety of being rescued.  Dear Laurie has had many litters of pups, but now she is spayed, and a benign tumor removed from her back foot. She is gaining weight and no longer frantic for food but waits for her treats with the other dogs in the household.  

She is a love bunny, and can snuggle for hours or lay quietly on a dog bed.  Laura's vision is very limited and her hearing is poor but good enough for a game of "run around the house" chasing her son, Hardy, then a nap.  She desperately wants to please, and will respond with slurpy doggy kisses if allowed.
