Charlie was surrendered to GGBR by a family who had obained him through a friend who saw him on Craigs list. After two weeks of having Charlie in their home, the family decided that he was much too active for the small children of the family. He was not aggressive in any way but untrained and actively sought attention constantly. In his foster home, he loved to play and was a busy fellow. He is very friendly, happy, and has a delightful basset personality. He has some health issues, particularly luxated patellas of both hind legs which will require either physical therapy or surgery.
