Amos is a sweet loving neutered male basset hound who is estimated to be about 10 years old. He has a wonderful disposition and gets along well with the other dogs in the foster home.
Amos came to GGBR with a very large mass on his right shoulder which was successfully removed on September 1. The mass was found to be cancerous, but the excision seemed to be complete, with good margins. No other indications of cancer were found, so it is hoped that Amos may have a few more good cancer-free years ahead of him.
