COURTESY LISTING FOR SANTA CLARA COUNTY SHELTER IN SAN MARTIN
Cowboy is a 3-year-old neutered tricolor male basset who, along with his two female basset companions, was sadly given up by his previous owner because of a move to an apartment. Cowboy is friendly with people and was reported to have been good with the children in his previous home. Cowboy also loves the company of other dogs and seems to be indifferent to cats. He was very sad when his two sisters left the shelter for new homes, but is much happier since the shelter provided him with a new roommate, so he would especially enjoy a home with another dog. Cowboy could use some training with regard to walking on a leash, and it is unknown whether or not he is housebroken, but this sweet, friendly, enthusiastic guy will be worth the effort. For more information, or to meet Cowboy in person, contact:
Santa Clara County Animal Care & Control 12370 Murphy Ave. San Martin, CA 95046 Phone: 408-686-3900 Cowboy's ID number is A035071. More about CowboyGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
