Mamie is a beautiful and loving little 7-year-old.  She came to us very thin, with a heavy infestation of fleas that left her severely anemic.  She is now healthy and flea-free.  She has grown to love her foster siblings, and her socialization skills are amazing compared to 4 months ago, when she first arrived.  It is time for her to have a furever home.  She will do great with other dogs. We have never had her around kids, but she is very mellow and I can't see her having a problem with little ones.  She loves to be outdoors, but she is not much for chew toys; she prefers to just stroll around the yard or lie on the porch. She is oh so comfy on a pillow and even more so on the couch or bed.  We want her to have a great furever home .  She is just such a sweetie.
