Elsie is a lovely, mature female basset hound. She is very sweet and a staff favorite at the shelter. She is spayed and heartworm negative. She is reported to be wonderful on leash and a total sweetheart! Elsie will be having some dentistry done soon, and will then be available for adoption from the Placerville shelter.
