Learn more about the Basset Hound.
Clyde was surrendered to GGBR by a single mother with two children. She had adopted Clyde as a young puppy and found that with children and working outside the home, Clyde needed more than she could give.
Clyde is a happy, social, energetic one year old. His owner reported that he gets along well with other dogs, is interested in cats but not overly so, and is excellent with children. According to his owner, he needs some work on his manners as he steals food, gets onto the furniture, and pees when he gets excited. This young fellow has spent long days alone and would prefer to be with a family that is home most of the time or that has another dog for companionship. Clyde is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and in good health. More about ClydeGood with Dogs
