ADOPTION PENDING - Pepper is a tri color white basset. Pepper is a very loving puppy. He thinks he is a lap dog. He will crawl onto your lap or lay on top of you and just cuddle. Pepper is not a kisser. He just wants to be close. Pepper is a calm basset that loves to lay in the sun. Pepper gets all of his energy out in one twenty minute session each morning, doing laps around the back yard, then its relaxing for the remainder of the day. Pepper only plays with other dogs, and loves to run and chase other dogs. Pepper is crate trained and house trained. Pepper's best friend is Basil.  Pepper and Basil have slept together in the same big crate for 2 years. They love each other very much, and will walk side by side, without leads, everywhere they go. They eat and drink at the same time. They are still puppies, and have lots of energy, but are getting calmer every day! They need a patient, loving family who can give them the love and attention they deserve. They need to go to the same home as they would be lost without each other. Basil is neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm negative.
