This houndie, a 16 month old neutered male basset, is a big, lovable, puppy. He is friendly, outgoing, and affectionate. He is tolerant with touch, able to pet head and entire body. He will need obedience, and house training. His previous family did not potty train him so he will need someone that knows how to teach him. He is very vocal, especially when left outside, he needs to be an indoor dog and we recommend crate training. He is high energy and playful so he would do best in an active home. He likes treats and toys. Not tested with cats. He met another dog and wanted to play. He appears to be in good health.
