Lady, a spayed female basset hound, is almost 7 years old. She is a happy, friendly dog with a sweet disposition who has received good care by her family of origin. She adapts well to new situations, enjoys playing with other dogs, greets new people with a wagging tail, and loves to hang out with her owners. Everyone who meets Lady falls in love with her...understandably so, she is a total sweetheart! Lady needs to be in a home where she has a doggie pal and is not left alone for any significant length of time. With her previous owners, she was in a family with young children and that worked well for her. She loves walks and can go long distances but she does pull on the leash. She greets other dogs with a hearty but friendly bark. She is good with other dogs, showing no jealousy nor territorial behavior. As for her health, she currently has ear infections and just received a cytopoint shot for allergies. She has had some benign cysts removed in the past. Lady is housetrained and sleeps through the night. LADY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME WHERE SHE WILL HAVE A DOGGIE PAL!
