Rita is a sweet basset-beagle mix. She is about 3 years old and ready
to roll. Rita was found stray in the Watsonville area. Nobody came
looking for her, so she's patiently waiting to go to her new home. Rita
is timid in new situations and will require patience and lots of
positive support when confronted with a stressful situation. Rita loves
to go on walks and is very affectionate. Rita passed her evaluation
with flying colors. Rita greets new dogs politely and will avoid dogs
that seem overwhelmingly playful. She seemed to really enjoy just
sitting by you and getting pet. Rita will need to go to an adult only
home that is somewhat active and has some dog experience, preferable
