Carson is an exceptionally animated, high-energy, approximately 1yr. young, neutered male Basset Hound or Corgi/Herding Breed cross.  He is 35 lbs. of puppy love and playtime. Carson's basic obedience skills consist of sit.  He is crate-trained and housebroken. Carson seems to have a fairly good recall (obviously from his herding breed genes).He looks up into your eyes and when you look into his, you will agree that here is a dog that makes you smile and will keep you laughing. Carson loves to romp and play with everyone who comes across his path-dogs, cats and people alike.  He is also pretty darn athletic considering his being built close to the ground.  He likes to go out for a jog and is good on a leash. Being a youngster, Carson will need a person or family willing to provide him with a good foundation from here on out.  Our guess is that he was on the right path when we got him, as he seems to have no glaring issues that we can see and he has the most wonderful sleek and shiny coat imaginable. He will make a wonderful addition to whomever adopts him.  Even tho Carson is short of stature, he is huge in heart.
