Ricky, or “Dude” as his foster family calls him, is a sweet puppy. He
had been an outdoor dog, but is quickly adapting to the basset natural
habitat (the sofa). He is energetic, so brisk walks and active play
are needed to keep down his pup energy. He is friendly with people and
other dogs, and is very good with young children. His foster family
has a parrot and he has learned to respect the beak, but he wants to
chase cats. He loves to cuddle and enjoys belly and ear rubs. He needs
a home willing to give him gentle discipline and socialization, but
mostly love.

Ricky is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
