***Billy is a 7-year-old neutered male basset hound, recently rescued from the Stockton shelter. He is friendly, good with other dogs.  He seems to be housebroken, is crate trained and seems to know commands "sit" and "shake hands".  Billy is a very good natured and lovable dog and his foster home is finding him to be a total delight.  He's agile, so secure fences are required.  Although Billy shows signs of having been well taken care of by his previous owner(s), he has apparently been rescued from a shelter more than once, which makes us wonder, "Oh, where have you been, Billy Boy, Billy Boy?"
