Squirt: Male - Rust w/ black & White paws, chest & tail tip. He has a tiny bit of white around his nose that gives him an endearing "premature graying/old-man" look He's very playful & has a silly personality. He's the toy lover of his litter. Squirt's funny little faces & sideways head tilts win over all visitors.
"Lucy", a Beagle/Basset Mix was found wandering the streets very pregnant. Good samaritans attempted to take her to a local animal shelter but were diverted to Golden Empire Basset Rescue when confronted with the shelter's 7day stay then destroy policy for ALL intakes. On Lucy's 7th day in her foster home she delivered 8 healthy puppies.(3Female/5Male). As a tribute to Lucy's Mickey Mouse shaped spot, her Litter's theme name is " Finding Nemo".
