Harley is everything you'd expect from a Basset with his friendly demeanor and docile attitude, but with an ever-so-gorgeous coat. Harley gets along great with other dogs and couldn't really care less if there are cats around. And he's good on lead too. Harley is currently being treated for some eye, ear and skin infections.
