My name from the shelter was Lola but my foster parents have named my Googly because I am always making cute "googly" eyes at them - I love to be loved!
In my foster home, I have learned all about the joys of living in the house ... I like to play with my toys, watch movies on the couch with my foster parents and basset brother, Tucker, sit for treats and do a little bedtime cuddle on the bed before I settle in to my doggie bed on the floor for a quiet night's sleep. I also love kids ... I play well with my friends Krystal (5) and Bella (11).
When it comes time to be outside, I am a good walker. Mom and Dad walk me on a leash walk with Tucker every morning and evening. I am a very good sniffer! Playing outside in the garden is also very fun for me! I use the doggie door to go outside during the day and stay safe in my fenced yard. I have learned to fetch and love nothing more than a good squeaky toy to fetch. I get very excited when I am outside, running back and forth on the patio and making sweet little basset noises for my parents to show them how much I appreciate their love and training that has me ready for a FUREVER home!
My perfect home will be with someone who gives me LOTS of affection and attention ... and, you will want to because when I wag my tail my whole body wags and it is the cutest thing ever! I don't like to be left alone for long periods of time - if you work away from home will you please, please come home and take me for a lunchtime walk? I would love to have a dog brother or sister, and maybe even a human brother or sister, but NO cats.
