Cecilia is as sweet as they come, and as you can see, she lives for belly rubs! Cecelia came in with her brother Flash, and they are so bonded and cute together that's how we would like them to stay...together! She is also 3-years-young, and you won't believe what a great pair of dogs she and Flash are! Please come meet them...but be prepared to fall in love! We have!!
